Milk is a kind of healthy drink, packing with lots of Vitamins and Calcium. However, do you know that there are several dos and not dos about drinking milk. Here I would tell you what we should know about drinking milk.
DOs: There are three periods in a day which are the best time to drink milk. The first one is breakfast. As the breakfast can provide us about 30% of the energy we need for the whole day, we can have some milk during the breakfast,accompanied by some bread and eggs, to kick up out metabolism. Therefore, we will feel energetic for the whole day. Around 4 o' clock is also a best time to have milk. It would be better if we have milk before supper. The last one is to drink milk before sleeping, which would help us to fall asleep. The effect can be magnified if we have some biscuits at the same time.
Not DOs: The first thing we should not do is that we can eat orange immeiately afte we drink milk. Because the protein will solify when it meets acid. Therefore, we should not blend milk with other sour flavoured juice. People like to heat milk before drinking it. However, we must not add suguar to the boiling milk. It is because some poisonous things will come into being we suguar is added. We should waait until the milk get cooler. The last thing we should not do is that we can not have medicine with milk. The reason is that the mineral substance in the milk will react with the medicine,which will influence the pesticide effect.
