This weekend is Mother’s Day and I’m writing a blog about
what I appreciate about my mum.
I love my mum and
without her I would not be here.
She gave a birth to me.
She sent me to a kindergarten. She
told me how to get on well with other children.
She sent me to a pretty good elementary school. She picked me up from the school. She told me studying hard was crucial for my
whole life and English was more and more important, which I should pay more
attention to. She cooked for me, took
care for me, she provided me food, water, clothes and things that I needed.
She is not beautiful.
She cannot cook as well as my friends’ mothers. Sometimes she is not patient. Sometimes she blamed me strictly. Sometimes she does not want to talk with me.
However, she is my precious, unique and unparalleled mother;
she is the source of my life. Wherever I
am, I love her all the time. After I came
to Singapore, I realized that more far away from home, much stronger emotion I have
in missing my mother.
I have thanked my mother this Mother’s Day and prayed for
her.
Have you done this tonight?
I also feel grateful a lot to my mom.Mother is often considered as the best person in the world, with her selfless maternal love.I am impressed with my mother's tolerance and patience. She also taught me a lot. It's time for us to return their love.
ReplyDeleteCertainly. I called my mother in the morning on Mother's Day. She told me she was very happy at the end of the day. So am I! Sometimes it is important to express your feelings even though they have known.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this. My heart is touched to read of your love for your mother. All of you have done well. Yes, it is time to show your mother how much you love her. It does not take a lot. A simple gesture will make a big difference. I'm still learning to do that, as I realise that the time I spend with my mother is precious, especially now that my mother is in her old age.
