Blog 7:How to lose weight

Beauty is the forever pursuit of most girls, and I am no exception.  The appearance is hard to change, so the best and fast way to become more beautiful is to lose weight.  Before I went to the Shandong University, I had never thought to lose weight because I was thin and in good figure.  However, during two months in Shandong, I weighed another 10 kilograms.  Therefore, it is time to lose weitht.

1.     Losing weight needs actual actions

When I went home from Shandong, I always told others that I needed to lose weight.  However, my reaction of losing weight was limited in telling everyone that I had to lose weight.  The result was obvious that I did not be thinner but became a little fatter.  At that time, I did not care about it for I wore a lot of clothes in winter and nobody could notice my figure.  In conclusion, my first trial of losing weight failed.

2.     Losing weight needs right methods

When I arrived in Singapore, I suddenly found that many beautiful clothes were not suitable for me any more.  For example, a pair of my jeans could be wore in winter when I wore another two pairs of trousers under it.  However, I could not wear it because it was too tight for me.  The same situations happened for many times and they hurt me badly.  As a result, I made my decision that I must lose weight.  From then on, I tried to eat as less food as I could.  At noon, my lunch is just some pieces of bread.  The process of losing weight was very difficult, but I did not lose any weight and the crazy way of losing weight influenced my health.  Then I quitted it.

3. The most suitable ways for me to lose weight
These days, I tried another way to lose weight and it worked well.  In a week, I lost a kilogram.  Let me share the good ways for everybody who wants to lose weight.  For food, I just have vegetables, fruits, some milk and nuts.  Whenever I wanted to eat meat, I just eat some fish rather than pork or chicken.  And I try to lessen the quantity of food I need.  For exercise, I did not do any exercise on purpose.  My tip is that stand as long as you can.  If not necessary, do not sit.  When reading, I stand.  When eating, I stand.  When doing some work, I stand.  These ones that I stated above are the whole things I did in last week and they truly worked. 

Believe me, try to lose weight from now on.  After one week, you will find you are different.

  1. No wonder I always see you stand these days~ I am glad that you finaly stop losing weight by not having meals. Actually, exercising must be an efficient and healthy way to attain a good figure, although sometime I am too lazy to do it regularly. I think your diet is feasible and healthy now. By the way, I don't think your figure is not good. I think others may agree with me :)

  2. So glad to see you that you have spared no effert to lose your weight. Kindly I would like to share another trick to lose weight with you. You can eat some laminaires(sea-tangle) regularly to help your 'ambition'.
